  • Session outcomes - to review and explore:

    • Nutrition, health and performance goals

    • 24-hour dietary analysis

    • Optimal eating patters

    • Pre-, during-, and post-training/competition nutrition strategies

    • Optimal supplement use

    • Lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress, time management, etc.

    You will receive:

    • 7-day customized goal-based meal plan with macronutrient breakdown and energy intake estimates

  • Follow-up and support to continue working towards goals. We will review and discuss:

    • NEW 24-hour dietary analysis

    • 7-day meal plan adjustments

    • Barriers and successes

    • Strategies for continued progress

Education - Team Talks

  • This is a customized, sport specific talk (in-person or via Zoom) addressing optimal eating patterns, food choices, energy intake, macronutrient distribution, ideal pre-, during-, and post-training nutrition, and supplements. Session is recorded and the team receives the video.
